Note 3 - punctuality

We always try to leave exactly on time, so please be early. The reasons we leave promptly are:

(a) we often book entrances or guides at specific times and cannot be late or we miss the tour. Where there is a flight, ferry boat or Eurostar train, we have to arrive over an hour before departure.

(b) if we start a trip by waiting, people expect to depart late from every stop, and on every trip, so we waste much valuable time waiting for latecomers.

(c) students who come back early don't like waiting for people who are not on time!
