An absolutely fascinating trip to the

Annual Victorian Festival at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

Sunday 29th November 2009

The ticket, including coach fare and all entrances, is £26

(an adult ticket for all entrances is normally £18)

This is a special trip and early booking is essential!

Visit Lord Nelson’s Her Majesty’s Ship (HMS) Victory

which fought at the Battle of Trafalgar. Lord Nelson died during this great sea battle against the French and Spanish navies, but his fleet won the battle.

Visit The Mary Rose, Henry VIII’s flagship

which sank near Portsmouth but was brought to the surface in 1982 and is slowly being restored. This is the only 16th century ship on show in the world.

Visit HMS Warrior, Britain’s first warship ever made of iron, a favourite of Queen Victoria

Also, visit the Christmas Markets with hundreds of stalls, and the Naval Museum. Plus the famous Portsmouth shopping outlets.

Take an optional boat trip around the remarkable Portsmouth Harbour where you’ll sail amongst submarines, aircraft carriers, battleships and destroyers, and the sights of Portsmouth.

This is a great day out!    Don’t miss it!
